Easy Breath Meditation
Breath as awareness.
Breath as memory.
Breath as home.
We spend so much time in our heads — planning, worrying, analyzing — that we forget the body is always speaking. Shoulders tighten. Jaws clench. Stomachs knot.
Breath is the doorway back.
You don’t need ritual, chanting, or expertise. You just need to notice that you are breathing.
A Simple Practice:
Inhale naturally and think or say silently, “Let.”
Exhale slowly and think or say silently, “Go.”
That’s it.
Every inhale reminds you that you are present.
Every exhale releases tension.
Each moment of noticing is a return to your body, your foundation, your home.
Breath as awareness.
Breath as grounding.
Breath as home.
